Shipping and Returns
Usually takes 1-3 days business days from order. It can take between 7-10 business days on promotional days, sales, major bank holidays. If it’s a wholesale order allow 30 business days to process order.
Ensure the correct details are completed this includes the correct name and surname, correct shipping address in full. As we will be unable to cancel the order.
Orders within the United Kingdom will be received within 2-4 business days. We use post office, Hermes and DHL.
For International shipping, we use FedEx, DHL, and UPS. An additional shipping fee is charged. International orders usually take up to 10 days to reach the customer once the product is collected by the shipper. Duty charges may be applied and its customer's responsibility to pay for their duty fee.
HairdsUpLondon does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
RETURNS
Returns should be done within 7 days after the customer receives the product. Hair should be returned as it was (original packaging). The seal and tags should be in their correct place, and in its correct packaging.
HairdsUpLondon will not accept the product back if it's damaged, not with the original seal/ tag, not in its original packaging.
We do not offer refunds but we can swap products for customers.
Please Note All Sales and promotions are final meaning the product cannot be returned.
