We have a 14 day returns policy from when the customer receives the product. Hair should be returned as it was. The seal and tags should be in their correct place, and in its correct packaging.

HairdUpLondon will not accept the product back if its damaged, not with original seal/ tag, not in its original packaging.

We do not offer refund but we can swap product for customers.

Please Note All Sales and promotions are final meaning product cannot be returned.

All Refunds exclude shipping/ postage cost.
